  1. We follow a strict no-return policy on custom orders. Ready-to-buy designs will be exchanged or returned for store credit only. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

  2. We require a minimum 5 month delivery timeline from receipt of purchase for bridal wear and bridal packages. Custom party wear delivery timelines range based on customization and quanitity of order. Expedited delivery may be available with an additional processing fee.

  3. Fifty percent of payment for custom designs is due upon confirmation of order. This payment will be accepted in any form of payment. The final fifty percent will be collected upon delivery of order. This payment must be in certified check, cash, or money order.

  4. Our samples in the showroom are one of a kind. To ensure no damage is done to our pieces, we enfore a “no makeup” policy if clients would like to try on samples or pieces from our ready to buy collection.

  5. Clients can visit our showroom based in Maryland by appointment only. Please visit the home page of our website and click “Appointment” to book.
